Congratulation to Elin Williams on passign 1st Dan and Mike Rees on passing 2nd Dan this weekend at the Deeside Grading.

What an excellent course, very tough training this year. With extra sessions with Sensei Sherry and Sensei Brennan (the dynamic duo) providing the icing on the cake. 

On the 19^th April 2008 – Sensei Simon Thompson and Sensei Clive Davies both passed their 4^th Dan Examination with Sensei Sherry and Sensei Poynton.

Cwmbran Karate club has joined the Tekki family of karate clubs. Formerly part of the Sochin group of clubs but needed help with instructors after there chief instructor had to move out of the area. We are delighted that they considered Tekki a natural fit and we are also excited to welcome a group of people with so much enthusiasm and attitude.

Tekki instructors will teach on Thursdays and the resident Sensei Liane Sheppard will take the Monday Session.
